is incorrect or defective; exchanges due to buyer's change of mind

*Returned items must be in their original sealed packaging/box to
be eligible for exchange.
*Customers are required to provide supporting information including
a photo of the item and a valid reason to our customer service team.
*We reserve the right to decline exchanges for items that have
been unpacked or used.
