Free Shipping on All Orders
Order confirmation typically takes 2–3 business days, while delivery generally takes 3–7 business days after confirmation.
Need your items delivered later? No problem. You may place your order now to reserve your item and secure the current pricing. We’ll arrange delivery when you’re ready. Please feel free to contact us for assistance.
Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Order Shipment
Living Mall currently delivers within Singapore only. International shipping is not available at this time.
A recipient must be present during delivery to receive and sign for the order. Our team will contact you one day prior to confirm the delivery schedule.
Order Acceptance Policy
Living Mall reserves the right to limit quantities or refuse service at our discretion. Receipt of an order confirmation email or order number does not constitute final acceptance of the order. Additional verification may be required before an order is approved and processed.

Delivery timing will be scheduled by our logistics team based on the daily delivery route and will be advised one day in advance.
