Warranty Policy – Living Mall SG
The company’s liability for defective merchandise is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the affected item. This limited warranty specifically excludes labor, shipping, and transportation costs, which will be charged to the purchaser.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase—including date, place of purchase, and original purchase price—is required to obtain service under this warranty. The model number or product designation must also be provided.
The warranty period for each product is stated in its individual product description.
All warranty claims are subject to verification by Living Mall SG. The specific warranty duration for each item can be found in its product listing.
Furniture Warranty
Any product modifications performed by the consumer will void the warranty. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal wear and tear

Negligence, abuse, or misuse

Inadequate or improper maintenance, cleaning, or care

Exposure to sunlight, rain, or outdoor elements

Exposure to chemicals or other liquids

Damage caused by pets

Use for purposes other than the product’s intended function

Commercial use, including rental, business, institutional, or other non-residential applications

Use contrary to operating or assembly instructions

Colorfastness issues, dye-lot variations, wrinkling, or normal wear of leather or fabric materials

Softening or compression of filling materials due to normal use
Because each item involves craftsmanship and natural materials, slight variations may occur from piece to piece. Therefore, this warranty does not cover minor differences between your purchased item and showroom samples, printed images, or online product displays.
Mattress Warranty
Living Mall SG will repair or replace any mattress that shows unusual deterioration resulting in a visible indentation (for foam mattresses sinkage greater than 2 inches) (for spring mattresses if spring units popping out) within the mattress warranty from the date of purchase. Any manufacturing flaws or defects that arise under normal use are covered under this warranty. This warranty does not cover normal changes in softness, recovery, or overall feel that naturally occur over time.
This mattress warranty will be considered void if:

The product is damaged or in a condition that prevents Living Mall SG from safely or properly inspecting it

A king or queen mattress is used without the recommended bed frame featuring bed rails and center support rails

The outer fabric has been torn, tampered with, or subjected to abuse

The product has been used in a commercial environment

Proof of purchase cannot be provided
