Refund policy
We accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions. Please note the following:

For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Certain restrictions may apply.

To initiate a return, you must contact us via our Contact Page or email us on cs@livingmall.sg within 24 hours of product delivery.
When submitting your request, please provide the following:

A copy of your official purchase receipt as proof of purchase.

Clear photos or a video showing the damage (if applicable).

A description of the issue or reason for the return.
A member of our customer service team will then contact you with further instructions.
Important: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if your product arrives damaged. Please take photos immediately upon delivery as evidence, as delayed claims may not be accepted.
Returned items must be in original condition, including:

Manuals, accessories, and protective materials
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to apply a 10% restocking fee on change-of-mind returns.
Abuse of Return & Exchange Policy
This policy is designed to ensure fair and transparent processes for all customers. However, misuse of the return system may result in limited privileges. Examples of abuse include, but are not limited to:

Excessive or repeated returns

Returning items that are no longer in original or brand-new condition

We reserve the right to review, suspend, or revoke return privileges at our discretion. This policy may be updated or amended without prior notice.
Refunds
Refunds are only permitted in exceptional circumstances where the returned product is confirmed to be defective, and repair or replacement is not possible.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (e.g., credit card or PayPal).
