These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services, products, and website provided by Living Mall SG. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.


1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or making a purchase.


2. Product Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices on our website are accurate and up to date. However, we cannot guarantee that all information will be free from errors. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies and will notify you of any significant changes before your purchase is processed.


3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in SGD and are subject to change without prior notice.
We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, ShopBack PayLater, and other options as listed on our website.


4. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.


5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery services exclusively within Singapore. International shipping is not available.

Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary based on your location and product availability.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided is accurate. Living Mall SG is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details. Delivery personnel will contact you to confirm the delivery schedule.

Delivery Fees & Surcharges:

  • Non-Lift Level Surcharge: Chargeable @ $12/floor/item

  • Additional Surcharge of $30 apply to Sentosa & Tuas Area

  • A Transportation fee of $30 per trip apply for any on-site servicing or exchange.

  • Free Delivery to HDB, other as listed (condo/mall/cluster house) surcharge $10

  • Re-schedule of Delivery( if MISSED delivery) -$30

  • Delivery Request on Sunday & PH - $50 (timing arranged by logistic provider)


6. Returns and Refunds

7. Warranty

Our products come with varying warranty periods against defects in materials and workmanship. (Please refer to each product’s detail page for the specific warranty duration.)
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care.
